Bra Baby

Brababy

Once, when I lived with a house full of guys the washing machine went on the fritz. I blamed Paul for over stuffing it and Martin for just not knowing how to use it. Repair man came and pulled this little wirey thing out of it. The guys (repair man included) had no idea what it is. I knew full well - my underwire - but pretended I didn’t.

BraBaby is a wire frame contraption that keeps expensive bras, especially underwire or padded ones, in shape and protects them in the wash. Get it here.

Mool Toaster

Mool Toaster

So the MOOL Toaster doesn’t toast very well. No matter. I’ve not done toast since the low carb revolution. Come to think of it, I’ve not done much of anything in the kitchen lately - I use my oven for storage. So, dysfunctional Turkish appliances suit me fine.

I should probably point out that Atil Kizilbayir’s latest gadget is not the safest thing in the world if you live with small children - or anyone else who may feel inclined to reach out and touch the pretty lights. Burn!

Mool Toaster Pricetag: Sorry. I can’t be bothered finding out.

Wonder Pizza. Pizza in a Vending Machine.

Wonder Pizza

Yeah. Whatever. Like our lunch time snack attacks aren’t already making us fat.

The Wonderpizza Machine is the first super-automatic dispenser for a real, hot crispy pizza in three different choices, served on a practical tray in short time, less then 2 minutes!
The first machine’s part is a refrigeration unit, which keeps the pizza’s temperature between 0 and +4°C; the second one houses an electrical oven that it cooks in Hight Intensity Toasted Oven atmosphere (NO MICROWAVE). Each vending machine holds up to 102 pizzas in three different flavours.

Wonderpizza is based in Italy.

Julien MacDonald does Sony Ericsson K51Oi

Sony Ericsson K51Oi

Fashion designer Julien MacDonald has done away with the dull monotone Sony Ericsson K510i version 1 and spiced things up a little with some signature florals and a few bright colours.

According to Julien “The print [he] decided to use for the Sony Ericsson K51Oi was taken from [his] spring summer 07 collection” and inspired by exotic flowers.

UK fashionistas can get it for less than fifty squid through Orange Pay as You Go. Not bad considering you’re getting a Mega Pixel Camera, MP3 player and Video Messaging to boot.

Nokia L’Amour. 7373. Still Pretty.

Nokia L'Amour 7370

I’ve been a fan of Nokia’s L’Amour Collection since it’s inception. The ultimate girly phone in just the right shade of pink. I still favour the original. But what gadget guru doesn’t have room for an upgrade?

In addition to regular ole pink - but seriously, is there anything regular about this phone - the new collection comes in powder pink, black chrome and bronze black. As a bonus incentive, as if such a thing were needed, Nokia UK are giving away a velvet L’Amour handbag with purchase.

Now for a few of the Nokia 7373 features:

* Stylish swivel design with elaborate, tooled surfaces and embossed finishing.
* Integrated 2 megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom and video recorder
* Nokia Xpress Audio Messaging function
* Bluetooth enabled for hassle-free, wireless connectivity
* Music player with twin stereo speakers and up to 2 GB storage capability
* Stereo widening technology

M Station Stereo Orb for iPod

M Station Stereo Orb

M Station has pretty things. Like this stereo orb which could easily be confused with the Intempo iDS02 iPod docking station but shouldn’t. Because the iDS02 was flat black and M Station’s version is pink and reminds me of a shiny little 8Ball. With an iPod stuck out the top.

The run down: This Sleek and Stylish “Made for iPod” Desktop Docking Station/ Speaker System packs a powerful ing Bass that only a Dedicated Subwoofer can produce. Every Orb includes a 10 Key Remote that allows you to navigate within Playlists from a distance, as well as adjust the Volume ±, Bass and Treble.

Wonder Digital Cable Tuners. And Conan.

ATI TV Wonder Digital Cable Tuner

I don’t really care if you buy into Dell’s XPS 410 with ATI TV Wonder Digital Cable Turner with Blu-ray. Or if you even know what it is. But when I spied with my little eye the ever so rugged and charismatically handsome Mr O’Brien - yes, Conan - I had to post it.

According to engadget the above is still just a working prototype but, you know…don’t care. Just wanted to give you an almost image of Conan for kicks and giggles and all the rest. Plus, he’s in HDTV and, well, that’s a technical tie in if ever there was one.

Stand Alone ATI TV Wonder Digital Cable Tuner Pricetag: $300ish

USB Heated Gloves

USB Heated Gloves

Like an idiot I just put away the electric blanket last week. I also stored the UGGS - will be retrieving both this evening.

Who does that in March, huh? I’m sitting here in bed (under a luscious new duvet, mind) freezing my kneecaps off. USB Heated Gloves seem an appropriate item of the day.

Colourful, fashionable (apparently) with a warming pad inside. Plug these little wool babies into your USB port for toasty digits.

Eva Solo Fridge Carafe

Eva Solo Fridge Carafe

The eva solo fridge carafe. Love this simple, classic milk bottle shape. I’m a sucker for anything retro. Am thinking about moving homes just to find a kitchen to fit the SMEG…which I don’t have yet but will do soon.

The mouth of the carafe is large enough for ice cubes and sliced lemons and features a flip flop lid that automatically opens when you pour. Best of best? It can be fitted with a colourful neoprene cover to keep the contents cold. Unzip and remove the cover and the carafe becomes dishwasher friendly.
